International Ceramics operates on strictly COD terms, all invoices must be settled prior to release of material
Prices are valid at the time of quotation only and may be subject to change without notice, due to fluctuations in the exchange rate and other influencing factors
For stocked items, 50% deposit is required to initiate order and reserve material, balance of invoice must be settled in full before order is packed
For non-stock or special order items, 50% deposit is required to initiate order, balance of invoice due upon arrival of material into International Ceramics warehouse
50% deposit is non-refundable after 48 hour cooling off period has expired, during the 48 hour cooling off period client may cancel or amend the order
Delivery to site not included, unless otherwise stated on quotation;
Client and/or builder to supply final quantities prior to ordering of material
Quantities listed by International Ceramics are an indicative estimation for quoting purposes, no responsibility will be taken for variance in estimated quantities listed
No guarantee is given that additional material will be available if under-ordered
Cutting, bullnosing and/or fabrication of material not included, unless otherwise stated on quotation
Client and/or builder to supply/confirm all specifications for cutting, bullnosing and/or fabrication prior to material being sent to a fabricator
Full payment must be made for all material and fabrication costs prior to any material being dispatched for fabrication
Material must be collected from International Ceramics within 14 days of written notice, else storage charges may be applicable
Storage charges will accrue at $4.00 + gst per pallet per week
No refunds or returns will be accepted for any non-stock or special order material
Refunds or returns for stocked items are at the discretion of International Ceramics and will only be accepted if International Ceramics has additional stock of same tile including: size, colour, finish and shade
Refund or return material must be in resalable condition, any costs associated with the on-site packaging and/or transportation of the material are the responsibility of the client
All accepted refunds and returns will incur a 30% restocking fee, and client must take responsibility for returning the goods to International Ceramics in a resalable condition
cost of samples is non-refundable
By accepting a quotation from International Ceramics, you acknowledge understanding and acceptance of the above terms and conditions in their entirety
